A strong rum mix with citrus and spice.
Classic recipe
Ingredients
- 45 ml Jamaican rum
- 45 ml gold Puerto Rican rum
- 30 ml overproof Demerara rum
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml falernum
- 15 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 10 ml grenadine
How to make it
- Shake the rums, citrus, and syrups with ice.
- Strain over crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint.
