Amaretto shaken with lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz amaretto
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

How to make it

  1. Shake amaretto and lemon with ice.
  2. Strain over ice.
  3. Egg white is optional for foam.

Glass: Old fashioned glass

Garnish: Lemon or cherry, optional
