Ingredients

1.5 oz amaretto
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup

How to make it

Shake amaretto and lemon with ice.
Strain over ice.
Egg white is optional for foam.

Glass: Old fashioned glass

Garnish: Lemon or cherry, optional
