What it is

Coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and cream.

Classic recipe

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Irish whiskey
  • 120 ml hot coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 50 ml fresh cream, lightly whipped

How to make it

  1. Warm the glass and dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
  2. Add whiskey.
  3. Float lightly whipped cream on top.
