What it is

Coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and cream.

Classic recipe

Ingredients

50 ml Irish whiskey
120 ml hot coffee
1 tsp brown sugar
50 ml fresh cream, lightly whipped

How to make it

Warm the glass and dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
Add whiskey.
Float lightly whipped cream on top.
