What it is
Gin, citrus, cream, egg white, orange flower, and soda.
Classic recipe
Ingredients
- 45 ml gin
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 60 ml cream
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes orange flower water
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- top with soda water
How to make it
- Shake gin, citrus, sugar, cream, egg white, and orange flower water hard, without ice then with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
