Classic recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml rye whiskey
- 1 sugar cube sugar
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- rinse absinthe
How to make it
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
- Stir rye, sugar, and Peychaud’s with ice.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with lemon zest.
