What it is
Gin, cherry, citrus, and soda in a tall glass.
Classic recipe
Ingredients
- 30 ml gin
- 15 ml cherry liqueur
- 7.5 ml Cointreau
- 7.5 ml Bénédictine
- 120 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
How to make it
- Shake gin, cherry brandy, citrus, and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
Glass: Hurricane or highball
Garnish: Pineapple and cherry, optional
