100% agave, town words, and the age statement.
Look for 100% agave. Mixto can include other sugars. Blanco is the plant speaking. Reposado and añejo tell you about oak time after distillation.
NOM numbers identify a distillery. They are useful, not a personality. Highland and valley talk is a hint, not a score.
In a margarita, blanco is usually the point. Sip añejo like you would a whiskey if that is the bottle’s job.
